Terms and Conditions - VIP Inspection Tours

If you book a VIP Inspection Tour with Alexander James Properties Limited, we will refund the cost of return flights for two people, plus airport parking, up to £500.00, if you decide to purchase a property through Alexander James Properties Limited.

The refund qualification remains open and is not dependent on you reserving a property during the inspection tour.

This offer is subject to the following terms:-

• The purchase of your Polaris World property must be made through Alexander James Properties Limited.
• The total cost of flight includes all taxes, surcharges, airport duties and card fees charged by the airline.
• Airport parking up to 3 days is refundable (up to £50.00).
• Costs will be refunded after the first 25% deposit is lodged and cleared against your reserved property (usually due within 20 days of property reservation) and appropriate contract signed with Polaris World.
• Refunds are paid within 30 days of payment by Polaris World to Alexander James Properties Limited.
• Applications for refunds must be accompanied by evidence of amounts paid and receipts/confirmation.
• In exceptional circumstances, should Polaris World agree to reimburse any deposits paid, refunds already distributed by Alexander James Properties Limited will be reclaimed.
• For parties in excess of two people, wishing to purchase together, refunds above £500 will be solely at the discretion of the Directors of Alexander James Properties Limited.
